Our Track & Field Program

The Track and Field program is open to all skill levels from beginner to elite. Led by Coach Ryan, the program focuses on fundamental movement skills using World Athletics' ‘Run, Jump, Throw’ based on the philosophy that the development of skills, in a fun environment, is key to participation. Having been a student-athlete himself, coach Ryan understands the struggles to juggle both academics and sports and will do his utmost to accommodate the best for his athletes. With three senior national athletes training with him including a 2019 110m hurdle SEA Games finalist, he has the experience needed for coaching athletes to the elite level.
